Employee Referral Program
XINIFY TECHNOLOGIES INC EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Xinify's Employee Referral Program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for "difficult to fill" positions. The career positions included in the program, in alphabetical order, are:
- Actuate/Crystal Report Developer
- Clarity/Actuate Report Developer
- Clarity Functional Consultant
- Remedy Consultant
- Software Engineers (Java, Microsoft.Net, SQL-Server, Oracle, Crystal Report, Clarity, Actuate)
ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
Only external candidates are eligible for consideration. Temporaries & contractors on assignment to Xinify are considered internal. Former Xinify employees or contractors are eligible if it has been more than six months since their break in service at Xinify. Recruited resumes obtained either via job fairs or advertisements are not eligible.
Referrals will be honored for six months from the original referral date.
BONUS AMOUNT
Referring Xinify employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments.
Referred applicant must be a Xinify employee at time of payments
For a Sr Hire (Project Manager, Solutions Architect, Sr Functional or Technical)
A $3000 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 60 days of hire.
Payments will be made in 6 installments.
For a Mid level consultant hired:
A $1500 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 60 days of hire.
Payment will be made in 3 installments
For a junior consultant hired:
A $500 bonus will be paid to eligible employees after 60 days of hire.
PROCEDURES
To be eligible for the program, employees must follow the described procedures for submitting a referral. When applying for a position, the referral form (Word, 77KB) must be submitted along with the job applicant's resume and the specific requisition numbers listed for the position.
Employees participating in the program should be aware that referral bonuses are considered income and are subject to appropriate taxes. Employee Referral Program bonuses are charged to the department that hires the referred individual. Human Resources will initiate the bonus payment process after an eligible referred candidate has been hired and has been employed for the required amount of time Human Resources reserves the right to interpret, suspend, alter, revoke or terminate this program in its entirety or any portion thereof at any time.
