Bhairavi Nadgonde is the Vice President of Xinify Professional Services (XPS)  the Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation and Project based services division of Xinify Technologies Inc. Bhairavi joined Xinify  in July 2007 from Global Business Alliances.

Prior to joining Xinify, Bhairavi has led various organizations for 20+years and helped them achieve aggressive growth, increased revenue and improved bottom-line. She is a highly accomplished entrepreneur. Well versed in broad range of businesses including information technology, out sourcing, staff augmentation, consulting and international trade, she has substantial experience in the healthcare and IT education sectors. She has served as the CEO and Director of various companies.

She owned and operated the New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 1998. Being a visionary, she utilized existing resources to start SAI Technology, a full service IT company. She was responsible for growing SAI from a fledgling company of 2 people to a strength of 70+ full time employees. She set up a Global Execution Model for offshore development and established a unit in India. She has also founded and operated two other healthcare and Technology related companies.

Bhairavi comes to Xinify with access to a top-notch network of prominent corporations, government institutions and people in North America, Europe & India. She has a proven ability to maximize and expand business through a broader global vision, strong international alliances, sophisticated negotiations, strategic planning, and implementing innovative solutions.

With an extensive background in IT business, raising capital and generating ROI, she has very strong interpersonal communication, networking and leadership skills and has been a recipient of substantial media coverage for her contribution to increasing US international trade and work with the US Chambers of Commerce (Miami Today News, US Commercial Services).

Bhairavi is currently serving on the board of the US-India Chamber of Commerce to promote trade between the US and India. She has been a regular Panelist and Speaker at various events across North America. Her recent appearances include promotional events for the United States Commercial Services, World Trade Centers, Palm Beach and Tampa, Women in International Trade and Center for Strategic Convergence and International Initiatives at FL Coastal School of Law. She has served as Chair for IT education for American Association of Internet Professionals(AAIP), Palm Beach chapter. She has also served on the  Education subcommittee for Internet Coast and has previously served on Economic Development Council of the Palm Beaches, FL.
