JOB SUMMARY OF OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Candidates for this position must be able to install, implement and deploy the BMC Remedy ITSM suite of products. The candidate must also be able to modify the ITSM products or create new applications using the ARSystem tool set. Candidate will be expected to work with customers to deliver quality product in the time negotiated. This will require the ability to work independently and in teams, both onsite and from home.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide BMC Remedy consulting services to customer
• Perform requirements gathering meetings and research
• Develop custom workflow using ARSystem
• Install and configure BMC Remedy ITSM Solutions
• Guide customers in best practice methodologies related to IT Service Management
• Install, and in some cases create, integrations between ARSystem and 3rd party software
• Assist with pre-sales as required

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Knowledge of Oracle or MS-SQL
• Knowledge of Web services / XML
• Independent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Currently living in the United States, within 50 miles of a major airport
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to represent Xinify Technologies Inc. in a professional manner.
• Able to maintain confidences as appropriate to position;
• Able to lift 35 - 50 pounds unassisted; Ability to travel 30-80%

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Minimum Qualifications -

• 2 years experience as a Remedy Administrator
• Experience creating custom forms and workflow in Remedy
• In-depth knowledge of Remedy ITSM suite v.6

Extra consideration given for -

• Previous consulting experience
• Domain knowledge in IT Service Management
• Domain knowledge in Portfolio Management
• Experience with CA Clarity
• Familiarity with ITSM v 7 or ITSP 4
