Xinify has a strong commitment to the health and education of its employees and extends that commitment to our community. In addition to providing financial support to charitable organizations, we also actively participate and volunteer in activities and events and are members of their boards. We encourage our employees to contribute to these groups and to expand our reach in the community.

Organizations We Support

National Breast Cancer Foundation

The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) benefits women's lives through education about breast cancer and early detection. The organization provides hope to women and families affected by breast cancer through a community of caring support and encouragement that enables those diagnosed with breast cancer to have fulfilling lives during their treatment and afterward. The National Breast Cancer Foundations provides free mammograms as well as education programs to women and their families.

Educate the Children

Educate the Children supports the education of underprivileged children in our communities and those around the world. They support projects that improve the education conditions throughout the world including India, Africa, the Philippines and South America.

International Medical Health Organization

Established in 2003 by a committed group of doctors, nurses and other health professionals, the International Medical Health Organization (IMHO) is a North American-based humanitarian organization dedicated to improving the health and welfare of the people living in the war-ravaged areas of Sri Lanka.

Destination ImagiNation

Destination ImagiNation, Inc. is the world's largest, non-profit membership organization dedicated to promoting three critical life skills among learners at all levels: creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. DI develops inspiring programs for adults, college students and preschoolers that teach the process, art, and skills of pushing creative limits, practicing teamwork, and successful problem-solving strategies.

San Ramon Valley Little League

Xinify is an enthusiastic sponsor of the San Ramon Little League, a healthy athletic outlet for children throughout the tri-county area of the East Bay.

Los Gatos United Soccer League

We also proudly sponsor the Los Gatos United Soccer League. The LGUSL provides a high-quality youth soccer program emphasizing the development of soccer skills, promoting self esteem, encouraging good sportsmanship, focusing on enjoying the sport, and learning the game.

Animal Rescue Foundation

ARF saves dogs and cats who have run out of time at public shelters and brings people and animals together to enrich each others lives. ARF strives to create a world where every loving dog and cat has a home, where every lonely person has a companion animal, and where children learn to care.
