General Manager, Eastern Region, USA, Xinify Technologies Blake Howitt is an accomplished Clarity certified solutions architect with over 20 years of project and portfolio management, demand planning and enterprise software consulting experience. Since joining Xinify, Blake has trained his focus on the key elements that enable IT organizations to run as a business: specifically, Portfolio Management Methodology and Strategy, Demand Analysis, Business Modeling, and Requirements Gathering / Management. As a Clarity solutions and business process architect, Blake has guided his clients to meet their strategic PMO and IT Governance objectives, enabling them to manage their IT organizations as a highly effective business. Additionally, Blake has considerable Process Enhancement and Refinement experience. While with Union Pacific Corporation, Blake was charged with developing and implementing customer-centered process improvements, which included co-chairing Union Pacific's efforts to pursue the Baldridge Award for Quality. Union Pacific received special notice for their efforts amid a field of over 100 Fortune 500 applicants, and the enhancements made to Union Pacific's processes and services as a result of Blake's leadership remain evident today. Blake holds a B.S degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Nebraska, Kearney.
