Bob Schwartz brings to Xinify Technologies extensive experience in building and leading sales and marketing divisions for high tech software companies.

Prior to joining Xinify as Director of Sales for North America, Bob led his former company SE Technologies from 8 employees to more than 600 worldwide, growing revenues from $1M to $68M globally. He was instrumental in launching and rapidly expanding SE's reseller agreements and professional service organizations serving Oracle, Siebel, Hyperion, Baan, Microsoft/Great Plains, and Niki (now part of CA) - all with P&L responsibilities.

As Vice President of Professional Services at SE Technologies, Bob's accomplishments include delivering many successful implementation and integration program offerings in areas such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain, and Customer Relationship Management. As Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, he built strategic alliances with enterprise application leaders including Niku, Microsoft, Oracle, Hyperion, Siebel, Baan, The ASK Group, and Top Tier (now part of SAP).

Bob started his sales and marketing career at NCR, AT&T, and Wang Labs where he surpassed numerous individual contributor sales records. He holds a B.A. degree in marketing management from Baruch College in New York, and is working towards his MBA.
