Dave Ghosh has more than 18 years of high tech experience, leading both large corporations and start-ups to growth and success. He co-founded Xinify Technologies and has managed the global sales & marketing efforts since its inception. Dave has played a key role in charting the explosive growth for Xinify, from its roots in Enterprise Application Integration to its current leadership role in tools and solutions for Project Portfolio Management and IT Service Management. He also played an integral role in developing Xinify's highly successful partnership with Niku Corporation and its acquirer, Computer Associates.

Most recently, Dave held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ECalyx, Inc., responsible for the company's foray into cutting edge Enterprise Application Integration tools and solutions. He personally managed the explosive growth and revenue yield of its solutions and channel sales and delivery organizations. Dave personally managed ECalyx's OEM relationships with NEON and Sybase, and was directly responsible for launching, managing, and negotiating the acquisitions of two eCommerce startups.

Prior to joining ECalyx, Dave was responsible for conceiving and launching Ravel Software, the most successful Y2K assessment and compliance product company. He successfully engaged a world class team and delivered its product and solutions to 90 percent of the Fortune 500, major government entities, and OEM partners such as industry leaders Oracle and Viasoft. Oracle Corporation subsequently acquired Ravel Software in 1998.

Dave was profiled as one of the "Top 50 CEOs of the Year" by Smart Reseller Magazine (Ziff Davis, August 1998) for leading Ravel to an astounding growth.

Dave spent the first 10 years of his career as the Editor-in-Chief at PC World India magazine and industry research firm Dataquest (now part of Gartner Research). He is a member of the XML Strategic Council and is a graduate of Delhi University, India in electronics engineering.
