Jegan Thambiaiyah brings more than 25 years of experience in operations and finance with leading technology companies to Xinify Technologies.

Prior to joining Xinify, he served as the Financial Controller at Portal Wave Inc., a venture funded, web-based ERP application software company. Jegan played a key role from its inception to its ultimate acquisition by Kinzan, Inc. He also served as the Financial Controller at Ravel Software, which was one of the most successful Y2K assessment and compliance companies. Oracle Corporation subsequently acquired Ravel Software in 1998.

Jegan worked for more than 8 years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Sri Lanka as well as the Finance Director for a leading Pharmaceutical Company in the United Kingdom.

Jegan is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom.
