John Neels brings to Xinify Technologies more than 25 years of experience in IT Project Management and IT Service Management including eight years of ITSM/CRM business process and BMC Remedy ARS experience. His consulting experience spans numerous vertical industries such as manufacturing, banking, brokerage, high tech software, high tech hardware, pharmaceuticals and many others.

His background in both business management and technology allows him to bridge the language and knowledge gap between business people and technical people. This gives him the perspective necessary to look for solutions that are both efficient and high value to all of the people business and technical that are involved in a project.

John Neels current certifications include: Project Management Certified (PMI), PRINCE2 certified, ITIL foundation certified, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) eligible, Remedy Authorized Consultant (RAC), and a Certified Quality Analyst.

He also holds an M.B.A. with emphasis in Finance, Accounting and Marketing from Lindenwood University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Webster University.
