Mario Castillo is an information systems professional with more than 15 years of experience. His career includes 10+ years implementing Enterprise Resource Planning solutions (PeopleSoft, Siebel), 10 years working in the U.S. market for Infosphere where he created a very successful software development organization, and 3 years working for a consulting firm in the Netherlands running its development organization in Monterrey, Mexico.

Mario has 12 years of knowledge in business processes for distribution, finance, and production. He has worked closely on methodologies such as CMM, CMMI, SPICE, UML, and PMI. His experience also includes projects in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and South America working with multicultural teams and global customers.

Mario came to Xinify from the Mexico's largest consulting firm where he managed the Project Management Office with more that 20 project managers working around the world for different projects and customers. He also was Practice Manager for CA Clarity Services including South America and Europe. Mario is a currently certified CA Clarity Project Manager and an experienced Clarity consultant. He led the worldwide implementation of Clarity at CEMEX in Monterrey, Mexico.

Mario has an undergraduate degree in computer science, and masters degrees in IT and finance.
