Ram Thiagarajan brings to Xinify Technologies broad experience in the IT Service Management industry with more than 13 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining applications in the Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management and Supplier Relationship Management markets. His professional background includes working on BAAN, Siebel, and Niku and handling numerous executive positions in the areas of resource management, project management, and IT operations.

Ram oversees operations at Xinify including customer satisfaction and delivery. He also leads Xinify's Advanced Technology Group to develop tools and utilities that facilitate rapid delivery of client solutions and new products for the Enterprise Application Integration practice.

Ram holds a B.S. degree in engineering from Bombay University, India.
