Sue is a recognized top performing Program Manager, with extensive experience leading large and complex projects. She specializes in the assessment and implementation of "Troubled Projects."

Sue is certified in Project Management by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in 2006. The last 9 years of Sue's career has been spent applying her experience in support of American Express Company goals related to technology on a global basis, in the capacity of a leader at American Express. She has lead in the creation, development and mentor ship of Project Management Teams including employees and onshore/offshore resources. Sue had an integral part in developing Project Management practices, process and procedures within Xinify Technologies Inc. and American Express. She is certified as a Clarity Functional Consultant.
