PMO IMPLEMENTATION

Successful PMO practices have some form of governance and transparency, standard methodologies and templates, defined roles & responsibilities, financial management and reporting with policies around project execution and delivery. Xinify's PMP program helps assess the organization's PMO maturity levels and create a plan.

PMO Assessment

The PMO Assessment focuses on assessing the Organization's maturity in the following:

• Strategic Planning and Alignment
• Project Governance
• Project Management Policy, Procedures and Processes
• Project Execution and Delivery
• Fiscal Responsibility and Management
• Organization, Leadership and Staff Development

PMO Strategic Plan

Based on the deliverables from Phase I a formalized PMO strategy will be defined and documented. This strategic Plan will include a PMO architecture that is the best fit for the organization.

PMO Implementation Plan

Based on the deliverables from Phase II an implementation plan will be defined and documented. The implementation plan consist of the schedule, budget, and project management plan required to implement the defined PMO model as defined in Phase II.

Implementation Execution

The PMO Assessment focuses on assessing the Organization's maturity in the following:

• Standard Project Management documentation, e.g. status reports, issues list, etc.
• Documentated policies and procedures and support tools using Xinify
• Standard Framework
• PM staff training
• Governance Structure
• Learning Plan Options
